Phased renovation of a 1965 Brutalist building that reimagines the first floor to add a café, bookstore, event room and maker space, while the lower level contains the collaboration spaces and meeting rooms. The renovation meets the institution's Green Building Standards for Healthy Materials and supports the Library’s Healthcare Without Harm Initiative in furnishings and design.

10,000SF addition + 55,000SF renovation of the original 1911 building providing a new café, 200-seat multipurpose space and a new multifaith space among other improvements. This renovation and expansion created a welcoming, energy efficient and modern environment for students, faculty and staff. This project is LEED Platinum certified.

800,000SF across two new buildings (89-99 East Dedham Street) containing over 300 units each, located in Boston's historic South End. Scope of the project includes lighting design for units, corridors, all exterior lighting and all amenity spaces including multiple level rooftop spaces and a pool on building 89. This building is LEED Silver and Fitwel certified.

75,000SF renovation transforming the 157-year-old student union building into a modern student hub while honoring its historic significance. Inside. The reimagined spaces for dining, socializing, meetings, collaboration and inclusive learning environments were designed to recede when architectural details take center stage, while others make bold statements, adding energy and interest to the space. Scope included all interior and exterior lighting. This project is LEED Silver certified.
