The library’s daylight-flooded open concept floor plan helped inform the design and required an approach that would keep contrast ratios to a minimum while providing even interior illumination at night. The exterior lighting reinforces the building’s civic identity, guiding visitors to key entry points while maintaining a calm, neighborhood-appropriate nighttime presence.
